I've come to get bored with noise recently(in Office only). They chitchat as usual and make noise as normal. However, when they talk too much and loudly, i feel that i am disturbed so much. I just wanna tell them to be quiet; i can concentrate!
Or I have problem myslef? Am i too stressful ( But i dont feel stressful with work)? I dunno!!!

HOW to deal with a Stubborn Child

Comments: (4)
By: Mrs. Prak Solida

- Why is a child Stubborn?
1- A child wants to show the olds their ability to do things.
2- One or most of family members is stubborn (living Environment of the child)
3- His/her inborn characteristics born to be stubborn, etc.

- To Deal with:
1- Parents should try to understand the child's situtations. Is he stubborn because of the innate behavior or is it due to his environment that make him stubborn? Then, parents should try to change their child's stubborn behavior bit by bit.
2- Parents need to spend as much time as possible to find out what a special need of the child is. Example,he wants his mother to read the story for him ( No one besides the mother is wanted). So,we need to know WHY he wants only the mother that much?! It might be because the mother makes him warmer than others or sth. Then, try to fulfill his needs.
3- Give him chance to express his reasons and try to listen to him carefully.
4- Learn the characteristics and the development of the child, especially when he starts to do things on his own, like spoon carrying or toddling without having helped. Doing so, we build confidence to the child.
5- Let him cry until tired ( in case he doesn't listen to what we say). When he comes back to mood, create a story about him + his bad points + reasons we cannot get the thing he wants + advice not to do so again...
" Good Parents know their children Well."

(Hopefully, most parents and even singles ( for your future benefit) can apply the above techniques to your children who are bullheaded. Yet, I honestly dont think I've applied most of the techniques mentioned to my kids. I sometimes shout at and hit them der neng.. heheh :P Can't Help!!)
